Is there a deadline?
The deadline to order your Cap, Gown & Tassel is January 31. The deadline for school delivery and the Early Bird Package is December, 10. All orders placed after this date will be shipped to your home. Name Cards and other custom products are only available through April 13. Engraved Announcements are printed in a limited quantity and available on a first-come first-served basis.
When will my order arrive?
All Cap, Gown & Tassel orders will be delivered to students during in-school delivery day. Please see the Senior Info page for dates. Class rings ship approximately 6-8 weeks after full payment is received. Most other orders will begin shipping in January when the custom announcements are finished printing. Orders placed after January 31 will ship 3-5 weeks after order placement.
Why can’t I add an item to my cart?
Some items require information such as your name, address, or size. Please make sure that all dropdown menus are selected and all text fields are filled out. Some items such as packages may require your name twice – once for your name cards and another for your address labels. Please make sure that both of these boxes are completed. Once every customization option is complete, you will be able to add the item to your cart.
What if my address changes after my order is placed?
Please notify us of your new address as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update your order to avoid any mistakes in shipping or printing of custom products.
Why order announcements?
Announcements should be sent out to family, friends and neighbors with whom you wish to announce your graduation. Traditionally, they are a formal way to share your achievement with others and not necessarily an invitation to the ceremony. If you send someone an invitation to your graduation party, it is a good idea to send them an announcement as well. Each announcement is high quality and engraved with foil. Every announcement is custom-made for your school in the U.S.A.
When should I mail my announcements?
If you are mailing your announcement to a family member, friend or neighbor and they are invited to your ceremony, then your announcement should be mailed 2-4 weeks before commencement. If you are using your announcement to share your graduation others, then it should be mailed 2 weeks before to 2 weeks after your ceremony. All announcements should be hand addressed and mailed first class.
What should I do if my Gown doesn’t fit?
Representatives will be in school for two days to deliver your Cap & Gown, make sure to pick up your Cap & Gown and try it on during the first day. If a new size is needed, please bring your Cap, Gown & Tassel to school during the following day to exchange it for a new size. If you need a different size gown after your school’s delivery days, please fill out the exchange form online. After you try on your gown and are sure that it fits, hang it up to let the wrinkles fall out. Please see our fitting and care instructions.
